Packet Pickup

For All Participants: Half Marathon, 5K & 3K

August 16th, 2024 scheduled from 12:00pm-6:00pm

PLEASE NOTE: We will be located OUTSIDE on the porch facing Water Street so please do not enter our front doors instead stay on our porch and follow the signs to the side of our building.

If you choose to pick up your packet Friday we would like you to know that the downtown area will be congested due to Rockford City Market. We ask that you please be patient with the Rockford City Market crowds.

ON FRIDAY ONLY: You will need to park at Trinity Lutheran Church and walk across Madison and Market Streets to get to RAMP's building at 202 Market Street. If you are unable to pick you can pick it up the morning of the event please arrive earlier than your start time.

Parking on Saturday: There is parking available at Trinity Lutheran Church, the lot behind RAMP’s parking lot (where Register Star employees park) and on Madison Street south of Prairie Street.

Where to Stay: There are plenty of hotels right off the highway in Rockford or if you would like to be closer to the event, there is a new Embassy Suites hotel in downtown Rockford nearby, 416 S. Main Street, Rockford, IL 61104. 866-238-4218

Additional Information:
Strollers are only permitted at the 5K Run and 3K Walk & Wheel. Please leave your four-legged friends home unless they are a service animal.

Food Truck: Vintage Goose will have coffee and tea and will donate 10% of proceeds to RAMP.

Schedule:
6:30am - Registration Opens
7:30am - Half Marathon Start
7:45am - 5K Start
8:35am - 3K Walk & Wheel Start

Awards: Will follow each event.
There are 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals for age groups for both the 5K Run and Half Marathon. All Half Marathon, 5K Run and 3K participants will receive a finisher medal. There is a $100 prize for the overall first place winner male and female for the 5K and the Half Marathon.

Weather:
In the event of inclement weather your entry fee will be considered a donation. Inclement weather is considered thunder and lightning. The event can only be delayed up to 30 minutes due to road closures.

Restrooms:
There are port-a-johns outside as well as RAMP's indoor restrooms available for use.
